Joseph Gaydek, the owner and operator, after having worked for a national company for ten years he established A-Plus Services in 1995 for the last 10 years we have been a subcontractor for two national companies and many local companies. This experience, while valuable to his learning and growth, led to the realization that personalized attention, quality control, and budget are essential to long-lasting partnerships and customer satisfaction.

It is these qualities that we feel have been lost by most companies in our industry do to national franchises and company out sourcing. Thus we decided to stop being subcontracted and offer local businesses our services on a more personal and less costly level.
